The High Priestess - The One Who Holds the Energy between Light & Dark
We begin our journey with the High Priestess - the embodiment of mystical wisdom and deep intuition. She is the keeper of the hidden realms, the one who holds the energy between the worlds.
She does not fear the unknown, as she sees beyond the veil of illusion.
Her Role in Shadow Work
The High Priestess holds the sacred responsibility of guiding us into the depths without fear and without needing proof of what lies ahead.

The 2 Primary Realms of Consciousness That Support Shadow Alchemy
Within the blueprint of Quantum Weaving, there are 7 Realms of Consciousness. The two primary ones that will support us the most in our Shadow Alchemy are the third and fourth Realms.
3. Realm: Evolving Integration – The Alchemy of True Awareness
In moving through our shadow we are uncovering what was hidden, as well as learning how to hold it, integrate it, and embody it.
In this realm, the puzzle pieces of our journey begin to fit together. What was once fragmented in the first Realm of Consciousness starts to weave into a greater understanding of our truest essence.
🔷 Instead of reacting from old wounds, we begin responding with wisdom.
🔷 Instead of being consumed by our shadows, we learn to alchemize them into strength.
In this Realm, our awareness becomes embodied. The insights we gain from shadow work are no longer just concepts. They become the foundation for how we live, how we choose, and how we create.
This is the first initiation within ourselves toward self-mastery. In this deep reflection, we are aligning our actions with truth so that we are no longer controlled by the unconscious but consciously shaping our reality.
4. Realm: Harmonizing Flow – The Alchemy of Holding Light & Dark
Shadow Alchemy is the art of holding duality - leaving the internal battle behind and initiating the dance.
In this realm, we do not seek to eliminate the dark or cling only to the light. Instead, we learn how to balance, move, and exist fully within both.
🔷 Here, we no longer fear the shadow - we walk within it.
🔷 We no longer resist the fluctuations of life - we flow with them.
This is where the judgment or ourselves dissolves. Where the rigid labels of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ begin to blur, and we recognize that every part of us holds a purpose.
In Harmonizing Flow, we cultivate grace, strength, and fluidity. We learn to sit with larger truths without collapsing, to expand our leadership. We widen our capacity to hold discomfort without retreating.

🔷 This is where our shadow becomes our portal to power.

There is a hidden pain that many visionary women carry - a pain that is not of failure but of unexpressed creation.
The art never brought to the canvas.

This practice can be done anytime and in whichever setting feels right for you - in daylight, as well as in the evening, by candlelight. It is also powerful in front of a mirror. It is not about the setting; it is about meeting with yourself here and now.
Breathe in deeply. Hold. Release.
Let yourself land here, now, fully present in your being.
Let yourself be met by the High Priestess within you.
She leads you into the depths, into the unseen, into truth.

Day 1 - Deepening & Journaling
The Hidden Power of Our Shadow
We are conditioned to seek light, progress, and forward movement - to fear our depth.
We have hidden parts of our anger, emotions, wildness, desire, and intensity in fear that they are too much.
🔹 Our self-expression is hidden in the places where we learned to make ourselves small.
🔹 The creativity we feel blocked from is waiting in the emotions we’ve been suppressing.
🔹 The voice we long to reclaim is buried under our fear of judgment and visibility.
But the core truth is:
What we do not face, we cannot integrate. And what we do not integrate, we remain enslaved by.

Day 2 - The Unveiling of the Greatest Illusion
Meeting the Wound Beneath All Wounds
As we move into Day 2, we open into one of the deepest unspoken shadows - the place where our faith was fractured and our separation began. Because beneath every wound of rejection, betrayal, and loss lies the original rupture: the moment we believed we had been abandoned by God.

“We enter the space (the matrix) forgetting, because that’s by design in order to, now, shrink ourselves into this current lifetimes, here. And in the moment of separation, we lose the connection to the True Source. . .the closest thing to that connection is, now, our mother.”
The Source Behind the Deepest Wound
We are born into a world of separation. From the moment we take our first breath, we are pulled from the warmth of the womb - the place where we were fully held, connected, and whole - into the cold air of this dimension, where our separation from the All begins.
In the spiritual Realms this is a separation from Source, the pure love we knew, and now we are in this state of amnesia, thrown into a world of conflict and chaos.
As soon as our cries are not met with love and compassion, and instead with silence, the distance between us and Divinity widens - and a sense of abandonment and unworthiness is created.
Authority figures, the ones that are supposed to love us unconditionally like our parents can only give from their limited capacity, as they carry their own wounds through the generations. And so the feelings of betrayal and abandonment of love deepen.
We enter this dream state of the Matrix with its illusionary light, believing this world is real - believing we are disconnected from all that we once knew and from the grandness of who we truly are.
And so we begin searching. We seek through people, through substances, through altered states of consciousness, chasing the feeling of oneness that we can no longer find.
But the Greatest Illusion is this: We Were Never Abandoned. But what we were looking for can never be fully found here.
Revealing the Truth
And now, as we face the shadow of the illusion that shaped everything - the moment we felt forsaken, unseen, alone - we begin to peel back the layers.
We peel back the hidden thread woven through every heartbreak, every loss, every pain, and we shift it into the purest essence of truth.
What if. . .
We were never abandoned?
The silence was never absence but a doorway to something greater?
The absence was not rejection but a sacred opening to step into our own power?
We entered this world in a dream state of illusionary light, forgetting the grandness of who we are. Buying into the separation. Believing we had been cast out.
But there was never a ‘here’ and a ‘there.’ There is only oneness.
There is no God out there withholding love, waiting for you to prove yourself worthy.
No Divine force choosing who to hold and who to forsake.
No Cosmic absence, no rejection, no silence - only the grand illusion of separation.
The struggle begins the moment we believe the illusion is real. And the distance creates chaos and suffering.
Through conditioning, we believed. . .
We have been severed from the Divine.
There is a distance between our human experience and our Sacred nature.
We have to search for and look up to something beyond ourselves.
So why did we feel abandoned, unheld, and ache for something that is already here?
Because we have been conditioned to look outside of ourselves for what was always within.
And so the wound had deepened.
The more we. . .
Searched, the more lost we felt.
Prayed for a sign, the more we doubted our own knowing.
Cried out to be held, the more we forget that we have never been anything but held.
But the truth has always been this:
Separation is an Impossibility.
You are not separate from the Divine. You ARE the Divine.
The ocean does not exist apart from the waves.
The sun does not exist apart from its light.
The air you breathe is innately interwoven with you and all of existence.
And you do not exist apart from the source from which you came.
That part of you in the Higher Dimensions already knows this.

Meeting the Shadow of Abandonment
Here is the moment where we unveil the unspoken truth of what has been buried beneath all wounds - the silent and unspoken anger at God. Through this journey of total honesty and no longer holding back, we can reclaim what was always waiting beneath it.
It is the shadow of abandonment, anger and rage that is deeply rooted within all of us, most are just afraid to look.
It is the wound beneath all wounds. The pain that lives beneath the surface of every other story of loss, betrayal, or suffering.
The unanswered prayers and unreciprocated love were the moments we thought we would be held, but we were met with silence. The times we reached out and felt nothing.
It is the rage at life itself, the pain of feeling forgotten.
The feeling of betrayal that shakes the very foundation of our existence.
When there was silence.
No answer. No intervention. No miracle.
And in that, something shifted. Feelings of loss entered.
The Abandoned Self Speaks
She lay there wondering and allowing the anger she was taught to never speak, the rage she was told to push away, the questioning that felt too dangerous to voice.
Where was God when I needed guidance?
Where was the Divine when I felt lost, unseen, unheard?
How do I trust again after feeling so forgotten?
In the most extreme scenario, she learned that trust was dangerous, that the people around her could not be counted on, and that she was alone.
She felt that expecting support only led to disappointment.
That if she let go, if she surrendered, she would fall with nothing to catch her.
And so she stopped trusting.
She built walls where faith once existed.
She carried her burdens alone.
She learned that the only person who could hold her was herself, and that the world was not a very safe place to be.
“If I am allowing myself to go to this place of my rage, what is this opening up within me?
Where does the truth within this lie?
Where is that Frequency of Truth in this?
What is the root cause of that rage for me?
Feel into these spaces - feel into your body.
Feel into your field where that rage resides.
The only thing that doesn’t allow us to go there is our concept of spirituality: of being the ‘good girl’, of being ‘above’ it - of having healed certain aspects.”
“The greatest desire that we all hold, where everything returns back to us, our desire for that Higher Love - for that Love we experience when we are pure Essence, Spirit, when we are connected to the Source.
In this space of disconnection, here, we forget. We forget that we’re it; we forget the Divinity because we’re not trained. This is not what we’re taught in school. This is not what our parents know because that ideal of what we’re taught ‘God’ is, is far from what the reality of it truly represents.”
“The Medicine Woman holds those codes of the Alchemist, the Wisdom-Keeper, of our Ancestral line - the lineage that has been handed to us over the generations that is held in our womb. . .that was held in our mother & our grandmother’s womb. . . which, now, gives us life & gives our children life & their children life.”
The Medicine Woman Steps Forward
This is where the Medicine Woman enters to elevate our shadows into the highest form.
She does not turn away. She does not avoid the shadow.
She does not reject the grief, the rage, the betrayal.
She does not fear our anger at God, at Life, at the Universe.
She understands and knows that even here, Alchemy is possible.
She walks into it.
Because hidden beneath that anger is the place where you reclaim your true power.
Beneath the rage is the realization that you were never abandoned - only initiated.
Beneath the grief is the understanding that life was never punishing you - it was shaping you.
Beneath the loss is the truth that you have always held the answers within yourself.
The Medicine Woman sees through the illusion.
She does not beg to be welcomed back. She does not wait for proof of love.
She does not doubt her belonging - She knows.
She better, as she must hold it for all of humanity who have forgotten. Because she is the one in direct contact with us.
And now, she turns to you. Not to teach or convince you. Not to give you something you do not already have, but to remind you.
Because the moment you remember, the illusion collapses.
The separation dissolves.
And what once felt like absence becomes the full presence of love.
You were never abandoned. You only forgot.
You were never lost. You were only dreaming.
And now. You wake up.

. . . is the moment you realize you were always held, and the love, support, and guidance you searched for had already been woven into your very being - because you are the Divine embodied.

Proof of love, because YOU ARE LOVE
Validation, because YOU ARE THE AUTHORITY OF YOUR OWN LIFE
A savior, because you remember YOU ARE ALREADY WHOLE
But you had to go into the shadow to remember, and from here this liberation of your most potent energy is complete.

The biggest key today is to allow the truths of this session to land and uncover any aspects that feel buried. Here are several Journaling Questions to guide you:
What is the root of these feelings of abandonment, anger, rage, etc. for me?
Where is it held?
Where is it in my body, in my field?
Where did I feel injustice in myself and in my life?
How did this impact the way I have withheld my gifts?

The Medicine Woman’s Sacred Gifts: The Three Phases of Alchemy
1. The Descent → Seeing what has been buried
She is the one who helps us look where we fear to look. She takes us into our depths - not to suffer but to reclaim our strength, our energy, our power.
She guides us fearlessly into the places we've avoided, knowing these hidden spaces hold the keys to our greatest transformation. She understands that the journey inward is necessary because what remains unseen controls us, and what is brought to light liberates us.
2. The Transmutation → Turning the wound into wisdom
She does not try to erase pain - she alchemizes it. She knows that rage can be power, grief can be transformation, and shadow can be liberation.
She teaches us to view our wounds as sacred doorways into courage, vitality, and self-mastery. She reveals how every shadow holds a lesson, every pain contains wisdom, and every emotion we feel can be transmuted into our highest evolution.
3. The Embodiment → Walking as the one who has reclaimed herself
The Medicine Woman teaches us to own our wisdom, stand in our veracity, and live in our full radiance - without fear, without apology, without shrinking.

“Our suppressed emotions stem from our need for approval in an obedience-based system. You were taught that the depth of your emotions was too overwhelming. So, you learned to tame the raw power of your expression and filter it to make it more acceptable and tolerable for others.”
“Of course, as siblings, parents, and daughters, we have responsibilities to our families - but never at the expense of our own energy. Giving away your energy to nourish someone else at your own cost is never healthy, never balanced.
There is a beautiful co-nurturing that can happen, but it must always be on equal terms. Sacrificing yourself for another is never the path, never part of our natural way of being, because it will inevitably lead to depletion of your resources, your life force.
When you stand fully in your own power, in your truest essence, you have an unlimited capacity to channel pure divine frequencies, pure Source energy. You become the conduit, allowing it to effortlessly flow through you.
Your environment naturally senses this, feels it, and absorbs exactly what's needed simply by you being in your highest alignment.
Imagine if we all stood fully in our power - if we each allowed ourselves to channel and embody these divine energies. Imagine the collective power we would create and the world we could birth together.
This is a key reason why I'm here and why I'm teaching this: because I deeply long for a world where we transcend the lower frequencies we currently experience - a world that resonates at the higher frequency of our fullest being.”

In the Live session today I guide you through a powerful practice of consciously working with the energy we have unknowingly trapped in our system - feelings of abandonment, grief, betrayal, fear, rage, rejection, and loss.
You will gather this energy into a sacred sphere, a hologram of alchemy, and begin to transmute it. As you do, you release the heaviness, the stories, and the illusions and transmuting it back to the original frequency beneath, which is your pure essence, power, and potential.
Through this alchemical process, you reclaim what was always yours - returning your energy back to yourself in its highest form, ready to be fully expressed, embodied, and lived.

Where have I been holding back my truth, my voice, my brilliance in fear to be fully seen?
What are the fears beneath any hesitations I hold?
What if the emotions I suppressed - my fire, my rage, my untamed parts - are the energy I need to rise?
How can I honor and celebrate the courage it took to move through my shadows?

What parts of myself or my dreams have I been neglecting because I was seeking approval or acceptance from others?
How can I more clearly recognize and honor my alignment with my truths?
What deeper core of myself may still be hidden, which will reveal even more powerful gifts?
How am I consciously choosing where my energy goes each day, and where do I still need clearer boundaries?
Which parts of my being am I intentionally bringing forward into this new chapter, and which am I ready to leave behind?

The Empress Steps Forward - The Transition from Alchemy to Embodyment Begins
For the past three days, we have descended into the shadow, met our hidden aspects, and transmuted what was once buried into power. Now, the journey shifts.
The Medicine Woman has shown you how to reclaim your wisdom, voice, and expression - without fear, without apology, without shrinking.
She has guided you through transmutation - into the depths of Shadow Alchemy.
And now, from here, you embody it all.
This is where you move beyond understanding the codes of transformation and having glimpses of your full potential.
In order for it to stick. . .
You must embody it. You must become it. You must walk as it.
And this is where The Empress steps forward. . .
She is the one who. . .
No longer questions her worth.
Owns her presence without shrinking.
Does not seek power - she IS power.
She exudes Wealth and Abundance as the embodiment of the life-giving force of creation.
She lives from a place of pure Sovereignty.
Where the Medicine Woman is the keeper of transformation, The Empress is the living example of what has been transmuted.
She is rooted in her presence, grounded in her knowing, and expanded in her expression.
She does not shrink nor dim her light. She cannot afford to do so, as her leadership depends on it.
She does not wait for permission - she creates her own path.
She does not fear being seen - she takes up space unapologetically.
She cannot be defined - as she represents each woman in her unique ways - in all shapes and sizes and all ethnicities.
And she lives in you!
Your Continuous Soul Evolution
As you are on this journey of evolution, remember the words I shared at the beginning of day four as I was starting to read the next part of my poem, Destiny Rising:
"This is what had to unlock for me first..."
This line refers to the profound shift I experienced last year. It was the moment when I stopped questioning whether I was truly ready - when I stopped wondering if I was genuinely capable of holding something so significant, something meant to impact me and the world deeply.
I had to be sure I was calibrated at the highest possible frequency, which meant consciously moving through my own shadow realms. And this journey never truly ends. Every time we reach a new level of embodiment, of mastery, another layer reveals itself.
It can sometimes feel as though you're starting over again. But the truth is, you're never starting from zero. Every new phase, every next level, naturally brings up areas you haven't yet fully integrated. This is completely normal.
Because the truth is, you're never going to reach a point and think, "That's it. I've arrived. There's nothing more for me to do or become." In fact, that would be quite boring, wouldn't it?
Instead, there's always another expansion waiting - another elevation, another powerful emergence that pulls us higher. It's not always comfortable, but this is precisely why we have these natural rhythms of contraction and expansion, of inhale and exhale, of integration followed by emergence.
This is exactly what had to unlock within me before I could lead this movement, the Quantum Weaving Movement - not just as a concept, but in full embodiment, in full transmission, exactly as I am doing with you right now.
Because you're here, you are standing with me in your own powerful transmission of your unique codes and your own Destiny Rising.
The Full Spectrum of True Power - Holding Light & Dark without Fear
For too long, we have been conditioned to believe that power comes from choosing one side of ourselves.
To be soft or strong.
To be nurturing or fierce.
To be wild or wise.
But true mastery in Feminine Energetics is not in choosing - True mastery is in holding it all.
🔹 The one who can hold both light and dark - without fear - is the one who cannot be shaken.
🔹 The one who no longer resists her full-spectrum nature is the one who moves without limits.
🔹 The one who embodies all aspects of herself is the one who creates at the highest level.
This is the Empress.
She does not fear her depth.
She does not deny her expansion.
She does not believe she has to soften to be palatable or harden to be respected.
She holds the full paradox of her being - guided through the High Priestess and the Medicine Woman, and because of that, she is untouchable.
This is where Aligned Creation becomes a living, breathing dance with life through Grace - In Authentic Expression through Radiance, Sovereignty, and Veracity.

The Alchemy of Rising - Embodying Your Sovereign Creation
In our inner journey over the past several days, we acknowledged that our shadows hold the unexplored textures. These are the parts of ourselves we've repressed or denied due to societal conditioning, past traumas, or fear of rejection. And we now understand that they contain the gifts for our greatest expansion beyond the layers of judgment and fear.
This inner journey invites us into a continued and courageous self-discovery, profound growth, and deep transformation.
It is the journey of moving beyond the deeply ingrained ideas of good or bad, right or wrong - learning instead to celebrate both our joy and sorrow, triumphs and challenges, the complexity and beauty of our whole being. It all carries value and supports us in our Soul Evolution.
In the 4th Realm of Quantum Weaving, Harmonizing Flow, we learn to embrace the duality within us. We craft our skills of navigating life's fluctuations with grace. It is a dance of integration, allowing us to sit more comfortably with broader perspectives - free of judgment or illusions.
Through the alchemical process of liberating your power by transforming pain into energy and fear into courage, you shifted your limitations into limitlessness.
It's about sitting honestly, compassionately, and courageously with yourself, reclaiming those lost parts, and integrating them into the vibrant fabric of your being.
This is your inner journey of declaring to yourself that you will no longer withhold your power out of shame, fear, guilt, or past conditioning.
As you continue to acknowledge and embrace these shadow aspects, the limitations that once kept you small will dissolve - and the world will open for you through your magnetic confidence.
Your Soul Calling will become clearer, refining you in your true purpose with devotion, stability, and wholeness. You remember that your shadows have always been the doorway to your most significant growth.
This is the true essence of Soul Integration, represented by card 32 in our Quantum Weaving system.
Through this integration, you naturally move into the 5th Realm of Consciousness - Embodied Synergy. This creates alignment of body, mind, and spirit in tangible ways, where the flow of your life becomes more rhythmic, intentional, and joyful. Your connection to the Universe deepens, your aura expands, and you live from your essence - attracting experiences that align with your greater purpose and highest expression.
This is your Alchemy of Rising into your liberation - the dance of your edges in your full spectrum - letting the messiness and beauty of your experiences dwell within you without judgment.
This is where you embody your Sovereign Creation.
Day 4 - Deepening & Journaling
Standing Fully in Your Fierce Empress Essence
The Empress does not rush - she is in the flow with higher resonance.
She does not grasp - she is the receiving & life-giving vessel of abundance.
She does not seek external validation - she embodies her life codes.
She does not ask for permission - she leads with fierce conviction and veracity.
She commands her space - she knows her agency in her sovereignty.
She stands fully in her presence, and the world responds to her.
The Embodiment of the Empress Essence:
Find a space where you can stand tall, rooted, and open.
Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Feel into your body.
Imagine yourself standing as The Empress - fully expanded, fully seen in all your aspects.
Let your energy radiate outward. Not in force, but in presence.
Feel into the truth that you do not have to chase, force, or prove anything.
You are enough as you are. You are powerful simply because you exist.
Breathe this into your body. Integrate it into your cells. Claim and own it.

“When we allow these concepts of fierceness to come forward, we see clearly that our nurturing aspects are among the fiercest forces we have.
Think about us women. Think of examples about women whose children were in danger, how a woman could suddenly lift a car because her child was trapped underneath it.
Imagine that immense amount of power and fierceness we carry within us, especially when we feel injustice toward someone else.
You’ve probably experienced it yourself in situations where you had to become the warrior, the one who says, “No, I’m stepping in now. I’m charging forward.”
That fierceness arises directly from our nurturing aspect.
When we truly understand that this is not weakness at all - when we allow the nurturing qualities of the Empress archetype to fully move through us - it is absolutely magnificent.”

Elevating Timelines
Throughout this Mastercourse, there has been a distinct knowing that we have been actively shifting timelines.
Before you began this journey, you were walking on one trajectory - a path shaped by past experiences, patterns, and your primary frequency. Now, because of the transformative work we've done together, you've elevated into a higher-frequency timeline.
Imagine timelines as different plateaus, each interwoven, yet they all carry distinct ways of being.
Previously, you would have continued along the path you were on, staying in familiar patterns. But through your willingness to move into deeper self-integration and embodiment, you now have entered a new, higher timeline.

Day 5 - Deepening & Journaling
Journaling and Practices - For additional reflections when you feel blocks or patterns emerge
Recognize recurring negative patterns in your life. How might these patterns be connected to your shadow?
What fears or insecurities may still emerge from fully expressing yourself, and what initiating events are at the root of them?
Write about a part of yourself that you often judge or criticize. Can you find compassion and understanding for this aspect?
Write a letter to a younger version of yourself, offering love, kindness, and grace to the parts of you that felt neglected, unseen, or unloved. We all carry these deep in our subconscious, and this work can bring them to the surface and heal them so your full beauty can return back to you.
This work is deep and profound, and I want to congratulate you for doing this. Most people never do. This is the the work that liberates us and sets our Spirit free!
Celebrate and share with us what shifts you experienced and the insights you received. This is a continuous journey.
A Final Release
Place your hands at the area of your High Heart and speak:

But once we recognize that for ourselves, and we recognize our deepest, truest Soul Calling, then no matter what it takes here in the earthly realm, we must, must, must allow ourselves to walk that path.
Otherwise, we will always cut ourselves short. We will always diminish ourselves and what we are here to do fully. And for me, when I look back at the end of this, I want to be able to say ‘you did good. Yeah, that felt good. Yes, there were a lot of challenges. There were a lot of obstacles. There were a lot of things you could have handled differently, but that's okay.
You moved through it, and you made it, and it feels really good. It feels beautiful.’ And that's the most important thing. Live your life to the fullest here. Continue this journey. Know that there are so many more journeys for us to explore together. “
